How to keep moving - body and mind: exercise, dance and yoga from home!
Due to the current outbreak of covid-19 corona virus, many people are avoiding gathering in large groups, choosing to isolate at home which makes going to the gym/dance/yoga studios and other fitness spaces a thing of the past. We believe that stressful times like these are precisely when people need wellness practices the most. We’ve been actively seeking out new ways to keep our bodies and minds stimulated and healthy.
This is a short-list of what we are enjoying at Love Learning Tutors HQ.
